Enquiry form
The enquiry form does not save your details on this website. When you press the button, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with a message you can check and edit before you send it to Swim2u.
Chat assistant
The chat window on this site is an automated assistant that answers questions about Swim2u lessons. Your chat messages are sent to an AI service (Anthropic's Claude) to generate replies. If you choose to share contact and lesson details for an enquiry, such as your name, phone number, email, postal code and preferred lesson arrangements, these are sent to Swim2u by email and recorded in Swim2u's enquiry records so Swim2u can follow up. Postal codes may be looked up using OneMap, Singapore's official map service, to find nearby venues. Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
How Swim2u uses your details
Swim2u uses the details you send to reply to your enquiry, check suitable class options and arrange lessons. We do not sell your personal data.
Other services this site uses
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
- WhatsApp and your email provider handle messages you send through them, under their own privacy policies.
